Graduated from Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna in 1991. Attorney at law, member of the Italian Bar since 12.1.1995. Admitted to practice: Solicitor of the Italian Senior Courts since 8.3.2007. Managing Director of the Russo Law Firm, established in Lecce in 1967. Listed in the Register of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Court for public contracts, set up at the Authority on public contracts. Member of the list of Presidents of the National Chamber of Arbitration established at the Agriculture Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestal.ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
